Friday Food: Little Butterfinger Treats

This is a tasty and relatively healthy snack. The kids love to make them and friends love to eat them! What you will need:

  • Melt the chocolate almond bark in the microwave by heating it for a few seconds, stirring, heating, stirring, etc.
  • Spread some peanut butter on a wheat thin, then put another wheat thin on top. Making a little wheat thin PB sandwich.
  • Dip the wheat thin sandwich in the melted almond bark, coating the entire treat.
  • Place on wax paper to cool and set.
These little treats actually taste a little like butterfingers. They go great in cookie or treat baskets.

those sound yummy. I love butterfingers and we always have wheat thinsand PB on hand. It looks like you used white chocolate bark, I may skip the almond part and just get some quick melt. Thanks for a fun recipe.

Ooooohhhh, yummy. I'm sure they would be just as good on a non-wheat cracker (I can't have gluten). I'll have to try it!
