Ways to make yourself feel better!

It sucks to feel down. I decided to do a few things to make me feel better today.

First, I threw myself a fabulous pity me party. The key to a successful pity me bash is to be as completely and totally dramatic as you can be.

"Ooooo, woe is me, woe is me." Be as emotional as you can be when making your proclamations about how terrible it all is.

Then, go get a nice chocolately brownie and a cherry coke. Yes, I know I'm supposed to be watching my calories. Does my big white bottom care that I'm going to pack on a couple hundred empty calories... nope. I need the happy, happy, joy, joy endorphins man! And as Spongebob would say, "it's good for your soul."

Then, waste some time on facebook and twitter doing mindless little things that make you smile.

Next thing you know... you are feeling a little bit better and can smile a little easier at what life has before you.
