Has the wish list begun?

My tween tells me to tell Santa that she wants a motorized scooter.

My 9 year old tells me to tell Santa she wants an American Girl doll.

Santa already knew about the American Girl doll... it's 100.00 but make a good Christmas present.

I have no idea how much a motorized scooter for a 12 year old costs and I'm not entirely sure I like the idea of her being that mobile yet. Maybe Santa should get her some new shoes instead :)

So, have you started getting the Christmas wish list items yet?

I keep bugging my son to make his list so that I can get started. We celebrate two holidays in December and his birthday is on New Years. Feast or famine here.

Now hand me that list!

Aw, heck, I started getting the lists before halloween! My ten year old wants an American Girl doll, and I succomed somewhat. A co-worker of mine was selling her less-than-a-year Julie doll complete with Christmas outfit, book, bunny rabbit, basket and carrot treats for $90 (all of this is normally $144) so I jumped and got it. I am now going to add a few extras... (Those of you who just have boys have no idea about all of this!)

I remember when the American Girl dolls were more like $80. Yikes! Those are steep!

I haven't started shopping yet. I think I'm going to start this week and hopefully finish this week as well. That depends on the bank account.

I haven't received any wish lists, but I've got one of my own that is about a mile long! Does that count? My son is only 14 months old, so he can't tell us what he wants yet...

I haven't received any lists or even verbal requests yet. I'm glad because I'm SO not ready! It sure is coming quickly...

I went through an alternative for American Girl... I went through Avon for a girl that looks VERY similar to AG but isn't as expensive! :)

Our wish list began right after Christmas last year... but I don't know what Santa will pick off of it!

Is this a list for me or my kids lol.

Actually the only thing I really want for Christmas is for our addition to finally be done and for the kids to move into their new rooms.

I haven't received any at this time, maybe in the future...

By the way, I won 2nd prize in Her and History blog contest. Thanks for being one of the sponsors.
